Medical Insurance-Cheating industry of India
From my recent past experience I learnt that Medical health insurance is nothing but SHEER Cheating industry very well developed in India. There is no NGO to fight and questioned them.
I wish to inform all the concerned and alert them please take opinion from the existing customer of M/s. New India Assurance Co. Ltd.,and of course ! Medi Assist India TPA P. Ltd,
I had submitted the claim for my son to M/s. Medi Assist India TPA P. Ltd.,duly attached with all the supportings like prescription duly stamped by concerned Hospital / Nursing home and bills for medicine and other relevant documents through M/s. New India Assurance Co. Ltd.,[Borivali-West] on 27/10/2009
Medi Assist India TPA P. Ltd, sent us query on 04/11/2009 asking for endorsement of patient name on the medicine bills [original copy] which were not returned for doing so.
On 26/11/2009 we once again submitted the claim as per their requirements and instructions.
On 15/12/2009 Medi Assist India TPA P. Ltd, once again sent us new query.
On 21/12/2009 we once again submitted the claim as per their requirement.
Surprisingly the same is not settled as of today.
All the claim documents were submitted through M/s. New India Assurance Co. Ltd.,
Can any one explain to me who is responsible for this delay ? is it M/s. New India Assurance Co. Ltd., or Medi Assist India TPA P. Ltd
